Who I amNEW

I'm Brayan Estiven Lucas Peña, Colombian citizen ID (cédula) 1.053.860.448, based in Manizales, Colombia, and I'm the person responsible for processing your data. Email for privacy matters: alextiven9lucas@gmail.com.

What information do I collect?

If you fill out the call-booking form, I receive your name (or company), email, WhatsApp number, a description of your business, your problem or need, what type of project you're after, budget, and estimated timeline, all so I can give you a proper reply or quote. Your phone's country code is only used as a starting point to guess your country (so I know what currency and language to write to you in), never for anything else.

What I use it for

I use your information to reply to you, prepare your quote and, if the project moves forward, manage its development, your payments and the delivery. I don't sell it or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

Who I share it withNEW

Only with the tools I need to work. Some store data outside Colombia:

Sometimes I ask a trusted colleague for their opinion on your project. They only see the business description, what you want to solve and your references: never your name, contact details or budget.

Portal and payments

If your project moves forward, I can set you up with a private, password-protected portal where you can see your project's status, upload payment receipts and, if you'd like, leave a testimonial with your role, Instagram handle and an optional photo. That portal isn't indexed by search engines, and only you (with the password) and I can see it.

If you pay by card, the transaction is processed by Bold: I don't store any card data on this site; that's handled directly by their platform under their own privacy policy. If you pay by bank transfer, the receipt you upload is stored privately, visible only to you and to me.

Cookies and analytics

I use Google Analytics to get a general sense of how the site is used (which pages get visited, from which country). I don't sell or share that data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Your rightsNEW

You can ask me for any of these by writing to the privacy email. I answer inquiries within 10 business days and complaints within 15. If you are not satisfied, you can go to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (Colombian data protection authority).

How long I keep it

I keep your data for as long as it's needed to reply to you and, if we work together, during the project and for as long as my accounting obligations require. If we don't move forward, I delete it whenever you ask.
